Kure is a very simple and very portable PHP blogging engine. It does not require a database; blog posts are stored in individual text files with almost no formatting -- the file's name is the post's name and the file's content is the post's content. So, you can post using FTP or the administration interface. Kure is set up by downloading and running just one file, which sets up the default CSS style and directories (custom CSS can be easily implemented and shared with other Kure users). The engine also has a "docs" mode, which allows users to view post-like pages that don't appear on the front-page blog.
