UPDATED: Now has better theme and supports preview pictures. This free PHP script is a website in itself. It is a download center that contains pages to download files from the internet in an easy and organized way. It's front page contains most recent and popular downloads along with a news section. The page itself is created for users to upload files, and for the general public to download any files. (The administrator can select who is allowed to upload, and whether users are allowed to register or not). This is a quick and simple way to present files for download to the world.
